In our Red Barn we have twenty, 10' x 12' Loddon stalls. Also located in our Red Barn are several standing stalls used for feeding and medicating field board horses.

Our Old Barn area has additional permanent stalls and 28 permanent "temporary" stalls for our guests attending special events hosted at Waredaca.

We use sawdust for bedding.

In an effort to have a consistent policy on the short term and long term usage of stalls, the following guidelines are in effect: all designated "stall boarders" must claim their stall as their own for their own use or vacate it. Anyone who is going to relocate their horse for training, breeding purposes, etc., may do so without losing the rights to that particular stall as long as payment for that stall is received in full as usual. During any short-term absence, the boarder remains responsible for the entire board fee. No "subletting" is permissible. We request a one-month notice of anyone planning to leave our facility. We believe this policy will offer a balance between the flexibility desired by stall boarders and equity to those individuals on the waiting lists for stalls.
