Future Event Horse and Young Event Horse Schedule

Arriving on Friday, please plan to park at our main event parking area. Directions in USEA omnibus.
PARKING.....in the corner field by Damascus and Howard Chapel Road; the usual place for Waredaca events.
CHECK IN...the show office in the corner of the indoor arena; pick up bridle number and settle any outstanding issues here.
FEES....$55 for FYEH AND $85 for YEH; completed entry form and coggins required for all entries
LOGISTICS...FYEH will take place in the indoor arena; there will be a steward there to assist you (We will not provide handlers.)
YEH will occur in the lower field; directional signs will be posted; stewards will be there to greet you.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MAY WALK THE JUMPING COURSE ANYTIME AFTER 10:00 AM.
The procedure for YEH is as follows:
Attire can be neat and informal..polo shirts, breeches, boots and proper headgear.
Every rider and horse has a scheduled dressage start time, dressage first, then immediately proceed to the jumping warm up area and then out on course once you are ready;upon completing your jumping round and gallop, you will be asked to strip tack and have the final conformation assessment done; this concludes your YEH class

Start Times for FYEH and YEH: both competitions will be occurring simultaneously beginning at 11:00 AM; times will be posted on the web by Wednesday May 28, Noon.
