Elementary Division: EH-Horse or ER-Rider or EYR-Young RIder: For the Beginning Horse Trial Enthusiast or the Beginning Horse. Dressage: 2007 USDF Introductory Level Test A(small arena Walk-Trot); Cross Country: 6-10 fences approximately 18-24", Speed not to count; Show Jumping: fences 18-24".

Beginner-Novice Division: BNH-Horse or BNR-Rider or BNYR-Young Rider. Introduction to eventing for riders or horses. Dressage: 2006 USEF Beginner Novice Test A (small arena); Cross Country: 9-12 fences, 2'3-6", No time; Show Jumping: fences 2'3-6".

Novice Division: NH-Horse or NR-Rider or NYR-Young Rider. Introduction to Novice Level Horse Trials. Dressage: 2006 USEF Novice Test A (small arena); Cross Country: 10-14 fences 2'9-11", No time; Show Jumping: fences 2'9-11".

Training Division: TH-Horse or TR-Rider or TYR-Young Rider. Introduction to Training Level Horse Trials. Dressage: 2006 USEF Training Test A (small arena); Cross Country: 10-16 fences 3'-3’3”, No time; Show Jumping: fences 3'-3’3”. This Division will not be offered in Novemeber.

Divisions may be combined as necessary. For the purposes of these horse trials, YR indicates anyone under the age of 21.

Entry Fee: all divisions $ 95.00 Make checks payable to: Butts/CW Event

$20 late fee to ANY entry postmarked and /or received after the Closing Date

Lost pinny fee $20.00

CHANGE FEE: $25 (for any changes to entry after the closing date)

Refunds: before closing date: minus $10.00. No refund after closing date.

 All scratches or changes MUST be in writing (email, snail mail or fax).

In case the event must be cancelled, there are no refunds.

1) Use the Waredaca entry form or the 2008 USEA entry form. All sections must be completed and signatures included. Entries must be postmarked by the indicated closing date. 

2) Negative coggins within 12 months of the competition date- no exceptions.Waredaca boarders do not need to send Coggins, but please indicate status on entry.

3) Only entered horses on the show grounds; only entered riders may be up on a horse (due to signed release forms).

4) The event management, event volunteers nor the property owners are liable in anyway for injury or sickness to any horse, rider or spectator; nor are they responsible in any way for any damage to any vehicle or any other personal property. All owners, exhibitors and spectators will be held responsible for any damage incurred by them or their agents to the properties of and on the show grounds.

5) There will be food on the show grounds. 

6) There is stabling on the show grounds. The Cost is $35 a night. Please use a USEA stabling form and send with entry. And a $50 refundable much fee must be included.

7) Dogs must be LEASHED at all times; owners will be fined $50.00 of any dog off leash.

8) In case of tie, Dressage scores will be broken by collective marks, but final ties will be broken by fewest jumping penalties.  Someone who finishes on their dressage score with no jumping penalties should be rewarded over someone who had a low dressage score BUT incurred jumping penalties.

9) If eliminated in one phase, only Technical Eliminations.... ie-forgetting a fence,will be allowed to continue to the next phase of competition.
