ENTRY STATS UPDATED WEEKLY ONCE EVENT OPENS

TIMES, WHEN FINAL, WILL BE AVAILBLE UNDER THE 'TIMES' TAB

FROM 2011....FINAL RIDE TIMES FOR THIS WEEKEND ARE POSTED BELOW:

• VERY IMPORTANT PLANNING NOTES FOR ALL RIDERS :

  FRIDAY PARKING for the XC and Jumping Course Walks will ONLY be at our WEST ENTRANCE near the start of the XC. Watch for signs directing you past the parking field and the main Waredaca Farm Entrance drive to the entrance on the right.  The courses will be open from 3 PM to dark please-no parking in the main drive or corner field.

  Maps (only) available Friday at 3; these will be located at the start box

  Pinney holders available for sale at the Start Box Friday afternoon and also at the Show Office during the weekend.  Each plastic holder is $15; cash or check acceptable; no change available on Friday.

  AS A REMINDER, NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES ALLOWED BEYOND THE START BOX AT ANY TIME

Show Office open and packets available Saturday at 6:30 and Sunday a.m. at 6:30.  

Don't forget that the compressed event schedule allows for relaxed 'proper' dress, if you so choose. XC attire permitted and encouraged when close times between phases are scheduled.  The schedule provides between 15 and 30 minutes between the jumping and cross country phases; it is strongly suggested that you proceed directly to the cross country start after completing your jumping round.

The XC start box is very close to the central area--just a very short walk!

TRAINING:  Friday afternoon or Saturday morning before 10:15; 11:45-11:55;

BEGINNER NOVICE:  Saturday 12:45-1:20; 

PRELIMINARY:  late Saturday afternoon and Sunday before 10:00; 10:50-11:00

NOVICE:  12:15-12:45; 1:45-1:55

**IF YOU FEEL YOUR TIMES ARE TOO CLOSE TOGETHER OR YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS, PLEASE CALL US ASAP 301 570 4191 AND WE WILL TRY TO 'FIX' WHATEVER IT IS!

BUT SOME OF THE MULTIPLE RIDERS DO HAVE CLOSE TIMES BUT EVERYONE (OTHER THAN BOYD WHO GETS THE ONLY FREE PASS OF THE WEEKEND FOR HIS SATURDAY RIDES) WILL BE EXPECTED TO RIDE AT THE PRINTED TIMES--THANKS!
